CC, also known as the "Commander", is the leader and authority in charge of this entire operation. This individual holds a position of great responsibility and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

"Collector" a person who collects things of a specified type, professionally or as a hobby. is an individual who is passionate about collecting things of a particular type, whether it be as a professional or as a hobby. This person is driven by a desire to acquire and curate a collection of items that are meaningful to them and that reflect their interests and values.

As a Collector, you are someone who is dedicated and driven, with a keen eye for quality and detail. You take pride in your collection and are always seeking out new ways to learn more about your chosen area of interest. Whether you are just starting out on your collecting journey or are a seasoned pro, you are an important part of the community of collectors, and your passion and dedication are an inspiration to others.

This is you, yes, you! When purchasing any TCG Collectibles you agree to the following terms: 

• The Commander shall track all packs opened by each Collector and if you are within the first Top 10 to pull the TCG Collectible, your name shall be placed under the Community Collection for everyone to enjoy.

(This information is very limited and is not available for other uses. May also be subejct to change in the future.)

(Some TCG may only be eligible for the first Collector to be placed on the Community Collection.)

• All TCG Collectibles purchased, are opened live on stream under "itsCCline" on Twitch or any other approved channels by the Commander.

(Date and time may vary on the Commander's stream schedule. The Collector is not required to be present during the pack openings.)

• When packs are opened the code, energy, common and uncommon rarity is kept by the Commander. The Collector shall receive the rare and holographic cards.

• The Collector must provide their Twitch username and email prior to purchasing. Communications between the Collector and the Commander is done through discord and or email only.

• All TCG Collectibles purchased, pre-ordered and or pre-paid are all final sale. This means no returns or exchanges.

• The Collector is responsible for all shipping costs, import fees and taxes if applicable. When you are ready to ship all your TCG Collectibles, this shall be arranged via email with the Commander as prices may vary depending on final weight and location.

• The Commander shall only contact you directly through her official discord server (https://discord.gg/cezJQudZqS) and or email (info@cc-line.com.)
